Impact puts multiple vehicles in one case view with an editable scene diagram, speed estimates for each vehicle pair, and an animated 3D replay. Teams can adjust vehicle positions and approach paths as they review the evidence. Impact also supports motorcycle cases, including motorcycle-specific impact-speed estimates based on measured wheelbase.

Start an investigation with one click

Choose Investigate to gather available crash facts and move through the relevant steps: identify vehicles, create and align reference models, analyze crush, review collision details, and prepare claim information. Progress stays visible, with items that still need a person’s review called out. The workflow asks before running paid AI steps.

Connect crush measurements to claim review

Crush Analysis measures damage across six stations and calculates collision metrics, including barrier-equivalent delta-V and CDC code. Claims assesses up to eight photos, suggests parts to replace, repair, or inspect, and provides repair-cost and state total-loss pre-screens. A licensed adjuster and the carrier’s policy terms govern the claim outcome.

Crush Analysis and Claims are free on every plan through October 31, 2026. After that, they are included with Public Safety & Enterprise models. License plate lookups cost $1 each; repeat lookups on the same plate and lookups on Public Safety & Enterprise are free.

Count people from the controller
